My big Christmas gift was a Le Creuset Grill. It is FANTASTIC! We have grilled fish and pork chops so far. This salmon was absolutely delicious. Fiona-- you should be very jealous.
Oooh, SAndy is going to be jealous when he sees this! I actually bought a le creuset for him when we returned from VA the first time but he took it back! He said something about too expensive. Well, he is doing the ranier trip...he did get a kitchenaid Dutch oven though.

Because I sooooo wanted salmon for dinner tonight. But it's raining. So I had a chicken breast. See how my life is endless frustration?
At least I didn't have to eat pureed sweet potatoes. Like *some* people.
