Nothing says welcome home like having to clean out your entire kitchen. Ahhhh, we are back from a two and half week vacation and have to empty out the kitchen, hall closet, powder room, and Will's office. WE GOT THE PERMITS FOR THE NEW BATHROOM AND KITCHEN!!
We spent most of the weekend cleaning up and moving out of the rooms as we got the schedule for the renovation and it is tight.

In 7 weeks we are to get a brand new foyer/bathroom/coat closet and a new kitchen. I can't believe that we will stay on schedule-- you know something has to go wrong. We will see!

In the meantime, all the cabinets are empty. Will's office has been relocated to upstairs. And the dining room is also serving as the new kitchen.

We will be washing dishes in the upstairs loo and thank goodness for the crock pot. I plan on several one dish meals for the next two months.
